Verso has 200% increase in damage at Rank S, which usually takes him 2 turns to reach, depending on your setup. This weapon sacrifices the potential 200% increase to provide a 50% damage increase basically on turn 1, and through out the fight. It's best used for trash fights that will end quickly or when you are not confident you can avoid damage, since getting hit reduces Verso's Rank.,The healing from the weapon also makes it difficult for Verso to die assuming he has high Vitality.
