How to get Moonveil Katana early

Mooveil Katana is dropped from Magma Wyrm in Gael Tunnel – Caelid, so it’s can be a little tricky to go in without enough gear. You can rush for some Summoning Ashes like Crystalian Ashes, Banished Knight Engvall Ashes, these summoning can attrack the Magma Wyrm so you can focus on dealing damage.

Moonveil Katana Boss – Magma Wyrm.

To obtain Moonveil Katana, you will need to defeat Magma Wyrm in Gael Tunnel – Caelid. This tunnel is a dungeon located north of Fort Gael.

Magma Wyrm can be very difficult if you are not well equipped. For melee players, you can try attacking it’s tail for the safest approach. The most damaging body part of Magma Wyrm is it’s head, but it can be a little tricky to target due to it’s aggressiveness. Rock Sling can be a very effective spell to utilize the Physical damage.

You can use the Flamedrake Talisman to reduce the Fire Damage.

Transient Moonlight– One of the coolest looking skill in Elden Ring. You wil enter Sheathing stance, after a brief charging time, follow up with a normal attack (R1) or Strong Attack (R2) to send out a wave (Horizontal for Normal Attack & Vertical Wave for Strong attack) Both the normal slash and the wave have the ability to deal damage.

This weapon can’t be infused with Ashes of War. Can’t be enchanted with Magic nor boosted by Consumables
