If you already possess an unlocked Hideout, you can immediately invite Ange to set up shop there.
If you do not yet have a Hideout, you’ll need to complete a quest to defeat one of the Act 4 island bosses. This quest allows you to claim a portion of that island as your new Hideout and base of operations.
Selling Items:

Acquire a Merchant’s Tab. For players who previously purchased Premium Stash Tabs for trading purposes, there’s an option to convert existing Premium Stash Tabs to Merchant’s Tabs if they were bought before “The Third Edict” release. The existing trade system with Premium Stash tabs will also remain fully intact, so players can choose their preferred method.
Give your items to Ange, who will then sell them on your behalf.

You must set a price for each item using in-game currency, such as Exalted Orbs or Chaos Orbs.
When one of your items sells, you’ll receive an immediate notification. You can collect your currency from Ange in your Hideout at your convenience, allowing you to continue playing without interruption.
Buying Items:

To find desired items, buyers will search on the trade website.
Once an item is found, simply click a button to instantly teleport your character in-game to the seller’s Hideout.
You can then immediately purchase the item.

While in the seller’s Hideout, you also have the option to browse their other listed goods.
As a buyer, be aware that in addition to the seller’s set price, there will be a Gold cost for each purchase, as “Ange has bills to pay”.
