How to find Erdtree’s Favor in Elden Ring
In Fringefolk Hero’s Grave: To get there, use 2 Stonesword Key son the double Imp Keystone next to the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace.
This will lead to a mini-dungeon with traps. Head down until you see the path narrow on both sides and drop drown at the edge to get access to the secret area. Proceed past the imps and a fire trap to find the item resting at an altar. There will be two enemies hanging above you, make sure to fight them before going forward.

Erdtree’s Favor +2 provides 3.5% HP, 8.25% Stamina & 6.5% Equip load
Found in the boss room AFTER the boss fights near the forsaken depths grace in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds.

Found in Leyndell, Ashen Capital. It’s an endgame talisman, that can be retrieved after defeating the boss here. Approach from the Forbidden Lands. Head west into the capital from the Lift, go down the staircase, and to the south end. You will see a corpse hanging from the top of a tree root.
Found on top of a branch jutting out of the ground in a large courtyard, guarded by two large rotten beasts.
