With that said, as Dragon enemies have strong resistance against Slash-type weapons, Dragonscale Blade still weaker compare to regular Thrusting weapons.
When the weapon skill is activated (45 seconds), the sword gets temporarily buffed with additional Lightning damage (160), and a passive Frostbite buildup (80). The blue lightning does regular lightning damage.
