Best Charge Blades in MHW Iceborne

Before MR Kulve Taroth, Charge Blades arsenal receive the powerful Lightbreak Charge Blade from Ragin Brachydios.

This weapon is currently the best Charge Blade for general purpose. If you don’t like grinding for a set of elemental Charge Blade, then this is the easiest pick for the game.

Before this beast, you are good with the Safi’s Shattershield.

Artillery level 5 is introduced as soon as MHW Iceborne is released with Zorah armor set, but the overall skill is not as impressive compare to other popular builds back then.

With Ragin Brachydios, this has been changed. Raging Brachydios Armor set provides both Artillery Secret along with the Agitator Secret and increases the damage by a whole new level.

MHW Charge Blades Builds – Play Styles

You can replace all previous Elemental Charge Blade build with Kjarr Strongarm at the moment. The typical Elemental build with Kjarr Strongarm will have all Safi Armor Set – This will give you True Dragonvein Awakening – a boost to damage when your HP is continuously drained

The Kjarr Strongarm has innate Critical Element – making your Savage Axe mode will have more power than before.

The remaining are Jewels to boosts the corresponding elements.

The downside of this build is that it kind of hard to craft as you will need to beat the Kulve Taroth as well as Safi’jiiva – both are super powerful monster that require a good team to farm.

You can also swap out the weapon with Safi’s jiiva elemental Charge Blade.

Conclusion

With the return of Kulve Taroth, the elemental Charge Blade can now enjoy a new meta with all those fancy Kjarr weapons again.
