Purcharsed from Enia at Roundtable Hold after defeating Commander Niall (Castle Sol, Mountaintops of the Giants) 

Commander Niall can be considered one of the hardest boss fights in Elden Ring. This boss is accompanied with two Knights and require a solid build to get through this alone.
